How to Play Padel?

Match craft is vital – it’s a game of strategy over strength!

Padel is played on a 10m x 20 m court, 25% the size of a tennis court. The court is surrounded by glass walls and metal fencing where the ball can be played from.

Played with a regulation padel racket & ball that is similar to a tennis ball, but gets more bounce.

The rules are similar to tennis, but you serve underhand, and the walls are used, like in squash.

Padel is a double sport, always played in pairs with rallies that are, on average, 5 - 6 times longer than in Tennis.

Matches include 3 sets, with 6 games per set. The highest scores of 2 out of the 3 sets wins the match.

Padel is a social game and a great opportunity to make friends in a healthy, safe, and fun environment.
